About Don

I love life. Sometimes it makes sense, other times not. Discerning its underlying patterns and beauty always provides great reward and meaning and is a passion I ineptly follow. I feel deeply attached to nature and love the sea with its distinct moods and colour and find walking along its beaches wonderfully inspiring. Writing, sketching and photography is a sheer joy for me and the blog is one of the places I am able to express these pursuits.

Don, your photograph had me initially thinking it was a CGI asteroid spinning through the cold, starlit vacuum of space — a hallucination of perception. I wonder how often I do that? Cheers, Hariod.

So sorry I’m late in responding to your comment Hariod, but I’ve been doing some travelling around Kent and I’ve been in a few places where for some reason or other I’ve struggled a bit with mobile connection. I like your initial perception of the image. I was looking at it and can see what you mean. 🙂
